The Murray Hotel
The Murray Hotel
Where Heritage Meets Modernity.
Where Heritage Meets Modernity.
Built in 1915, The Murray is one of Vancouver’s oldest hotels, now reimagined as a seamless blend of history and innovation. Located in the vibrant heart of downtown, the hotel invites guests to experience timeless elegance infused with contemporary sophistication. In rebranding The Murray, I embraced its storied past while introducing a fresh, modern identity. A refined logo, sleek typography, and a sophisticated color palette define this transformation, embodying both tradition and innovation. This new visual identity reflects The Murray’s commitment to offering a luxurious experience, from its elegant design to its impeccable service. Honoring its heritage while embracing the future,
The Murray now stands as a symbol of enduring elegance and modern refinement, inviting guests to discover a space where the past and present converge in perfect harmony.
Roundhouse Café, set in a restored 1888 train roundhouse in Vancouver, needed a brand that honored its history while appealing to modern audiences. I designed a vintage-style logo with subtle train-inspired elements, blending the elegance of locomotives with a polished, premium look. The brand’s deep blue and warm cream palette balanced industrial heritage with cozy charm, extending seamlessly across digital media, the website, and in-store materials. Every detail was crafted to create a cohesive and inviting experience.
The result positioned Roundhouse Café as a cherished local spot, where historical character meets contemporary design.
