Digital rebrand of Ireland’s largest resellers of Golf Equipment

Goal.

Our goal was to launch a new user-focused e-commerce website. The client wanted to add new functionality, improve their digital branding & to improve their customer’s online buying journey.

Answer.

Create a fresh & elegant site with an emphasis on User Experience (UX) Design so that the user can easily find the right product & checkout within three clicks.

Refreshing & Interactive.

Created with the customer at the forefront, a website should encourage the user to discover. Reworking client’s graphic identity, we adapted it for the web and accompanied it with a slick design to enhance the customer’s experience.

Simplified Purchasing Process.

I’ve not revolutionized the customer’s journey, far from it. By employing a simplified customer-focused shop, I feel the changes have improved the buying journey, leading to more sales.

The addition of a Product Filter & a simplified Customer Journey made the purchasing process simple & enjoyable for the customer. The aim was always to make the buying process as easy for the customer.

User to User Marketplace.

The addition of the User to User Marketplace was a challenging task but we achieved this functionality to the delight of the client. Designed similarly to the Shop which creates a sense of familiarity & the Marketplace employs a dynamic Seller Dashboard.

Product Pages.

The product pages also highlight the product with large visuals. The idea was to focus on quality and ease of use for the buying process. This way, the site is optimized for optimal customer experience.

Quantities and sizes choices are available at the top of the page for a quick addition to the cart.

To enable continuous access to the entire catalog anytime, anywhere, responsive design was used for the site. A takeaway from the client’s previous website analytics was that 80% of visitors were from a smartphone/tablet.

To ensure we created a seamless & enjoyable customer experience, a Currency Converter was added to the website. This feature optimizes visits and therefore maximizes sales.
